伤口拉合胶带联合夫西地酸软膏治疗颜面部手术切口的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察伤口拉合胶带联合夫西地酸软膏治疗面部手术切口的效果。方法颜面部无污染手术患者60例,随机分为A、B、C三组各20例。A组在手术中及术后使用伤口拉合胶带及夫西地酸软膏7天,B组术后使用夫西地酸软膏7天,C术后使用莫匹罗星软膏7天。分别于术后第2、7天对三组切口进行瘙痒程度评分及细菌培养;在术后1月时,对三组进行温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)评分及患者满意度评分。结果术后第2天的细菌培养,A组阳性率低于B、C组,术后第7天,A、B组阳性率低于C组(P <0. 05)。三组术后第2天及第7天的瘙痒程度评分差异均无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。A组术后1月VSS评分及患者满意度评分优于B、C组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论伤口拉合胶带联合夫西地酸软膏治疗头面部手术切口,术后对外观改善效果良好,同时具有良好的抗感染效果。Objective To observe the effect of combination of adhensive strip with fusidic acid cream in the treatment of surgical wound on the face.Methods Sixty patients who underwent operations in head-face region were randomly divided into A,B and C groups,20 in each group.The group A was treated with the combination of adhensive strip with fusidic acid cream for 7 days after operation.The group B was treated with fusidic acid cream alone for 7 days after operation.The group C was given mupirocin alone for 7 days after operation.The itching score(IS)evaluation and the bacterial culture were performed on the 2nd and the 7th day after operation.Vancouver scar scale(VSS)and gross satisfaction scales(GSS)of the three groups were assessed after one month of operation.Results The positive rate of bacterial culture in the group A was lower than that in the group B and C after 2 days of operation and the positive rate in the group A and B was lower than that in the group C after 7 days of operation(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in IS evaluation on the 2nd and 7th day after operation among the three groups(P>0.05).The group A achieved better scores in VSS and GSS assessment when compared to the group B and C(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of adhesive strip with fusidic acid cream has a promising effect in the treatment of surgical wound on the face to improve the appearance and prevent potential infection.
