摘 要:随着我国供电市场的不断发展,电力市场营销工程管理的问题,被提到了重要的位置。在我国电力市场核心竞争力不断加剧的背景下,如何采取切实可行的方法与措施,完善对电力市场营销工程的管理,不断提升管理水平,这已经成为供电企业发展面临的重要课题之一。在本文的研究中,以电力市场营销工程管理现状为主要出发点,首先,阐述电力市场营销工程管理的现状。然后,分析我国电力市场营销工程管理的基本原则,如坚持以人为本、满足买方市场、重视法制化管理等。最后,立足于我国电力市场营销工程管理的现状与基本原则,提出一系列管理措施,如加大市场营销创新力度、重视营销结构的规划、拓展用电市场、建立供电企业良好品牌形象等。通过研究,旨在提升我国电力市场营销工程的管理水平。With the continuous development of China’s power supply market,power marketing project management problems have been mentioned in an important position.In the background of the intensification of the core competitiveness of China’s electricity market,how to adopt practical methods and measures to improve the management of power marketing engineering and improve the management level has become one of the most important issues for the development of power supply enterprises.In this paper,the current situation of power marketing engineering management is the main starting point.First,the current situation of power marketing project management is expounded.Then,the basic principles of power marketing project management in China are analyzed,such as insisting on people oriented,satisfying buyer’s market and paying attention to legalization management.Finally,based on the current situation and basic principles of power marketing engineering management in China,a series of management measures are put forward,such as increasing marketing innovation,paying attention to the planning of marketing structure,expanding the electricity market,and establishing a good brand image of the power supply enterprises.The purpose of this study is to enhance the management level of power marketing projects in China.
