摘　　要：近些年来我国对中低压配电网的投资不如对发电工程的投资多,配电网在建设中也没有对未来用户的负荷需求进行预估,导致配电网的建设出现滞后、技术落后、结构设计不合理、供电能力不足以及电能质量差等问题。但随着我国经济的快速发展,人民的生活水平不断提高,人们对电网的要求越来越高,要求电网电能在保证质量的同时还要保证供电的可靠性,随着人民对电能的需求不断提升,我国对中低压配电网提出了更高的要求。由此国家能源局制定了《配电网建设改造行动计划(2015—2020年)》,在内容里强调加大对配电网的资金投入,这项内容为我国的配电网提供了良好的发展条件。in recent years, China’s investment in the power distribution network of power engineering as more investment in the construction of distribution network, nor on the future user load demand forecast, leading to the construction of the distribution network is lagged, backward technology, unreasonable structure design, power supply capacity is insufficient and problems such as the poor quality of electric energy; but with the rapid development of China’s economy, people’s living standards improve, people on the network have become increasingly demanding, requirements of power quality assurance at the same time to ensure the reliability of power supply; with the people’s increasing demand for electricity, China has put forward higher requirements for the low voltage distribution network. Thus, the national energy board has formulated the action plan for distribution network construction and transformation (2015 to 2020), emphasizing on increasing investment in distribution network in content, which provides good development conditions for China’s distribution network.
