摘  要:飞速发展的电网对绝缘架空导线的需求愈发迫切,而国内对110kV架空绝缘导线研究较少,针对此现状,文章对架空绝缘导线线芯材质、杆塔负荷与杆塔强度等进行了相关研究。对绝缘导线进行应力弧垂计算,计算绝缘导线不同放线安全系数及最大使用张力。分别对3种塔型(JG1、SZ、JL)进行外载荷计算,完成3种塔型的几何建模,各种塔架使用条件及组合工况下63种外载荷导入处理,以及各工况下塔架有限元计算与结果处理。根据计算结果和模拟测试情况,提出合乎设计规范的计算报告和改造建议,可为今后的110kV线路绝缘化改造提供有力参考。the demand for insulated overhead conductors in the rapidly developing power grid is becoming more and more urgent. However, there are few researches on 110 kV overhead insulated conductors in China. The stress sag of insulated conductors is calculated, and the safety coefficient and maximum use tension of different discharge lines of insulated conductors are calculated. 3 kinds of tower type (JG1, SZ and JL) were calculated for external load respectively, and 3 kinds of tower geometry modeling were completed. 63 kinds of external load induction processing under various tower operation conditions and combined working conditions, and finite element calculation and result processing of tower under different working conditions were carried out. According to the results of calculation and simulation test, the design reports and suggestions for improvement are put forward, which can provide a strong reference for the future 110 kV line insulation transformation.
