摘  要:在重整原料氮含量远远超过设计指标的情况下,通过更换高效脱氮预加氢催化剂DN-3630,降低预加氢反应空速等措施,满足了加氢精制油氮含量不大于0. 5 mg/kg的设计指标,保证了重整进料杂质含量的要求,避免重整催化剂的氮中毒,增加催化剂活性及寿命,确保了装置的安全长周期平稳运行。Under the condition of nitrogen content far exceeding the design index in the reforming crude material,nitrogen content in the hydrogenation refined oil no more than the design index 0.5 mgkg was met by exchanging high rfficient nitrogen removal and hydrogenation catalyst DN-3630,decreasing prehydrogenation reacticrn airspeed and other measures.The requirement of the reforming feed impurity content was ensured,nitrogen poisoning of the reforming catalyst was avoided,activity and lifetime of the catalyst were increased,and the safe and stable long period running of the unit was ensured.
