摘 要:阐述了水电机组一次调频与AGC调节特性,通过工程试验及数据分析在"两个细则"考核下,甘肃省调直调水电机组调速器在功率模式和开度模式下的一次调频与AGC调节性能,指出存在的问题,并提出了提升水电机组一次调频和AGC调节性能的建议,为水电机组更好地参与电网频率调节提供参考。Regulation characteristics for primary frequency modulation and Automatic Generation Control(AGC)regulation of the hydropower units were introduced.Under the"two rules"assessment,the performance of primary frequency modulation and AGC regulation of governors under opening and power control mode in Gansu Provincial Control Center directly dispatched hydropower units were analyzed through engineering test and the defects were pointed out.The suggestions which provided references for hydropower units to better participate in power grid frequency regulation for improving the performance of primary frequency modulation and AGC regulation of the hydropower units were proposed to provide.
