摘　　要：目的:分析国内现有儿科移动医疗应用程序功能。方法:国内儿科移动医疗应用程序的功能进行比较分析。结果:大多数儿科移动医疗APP依托于各级儿科医疗保健机构,以预约挂号功能为主,用于提高各机构诊疗效率和服务质量,然而症状监测、疾病随访等功能开展不足。结论:目前国内儿科移动医疗APP产品较多,但功能开发不足,可信度有待提高,应注重对APP内容的监管,促进互联网移动医疗健康发展。Objective To analyze the functions of present available mobile medical APPs in domestic pediatrics.Methods The functions of present available mobile medical APPs in domestic pediatrics were comparatively analyzed.Results The majority of mobile medical APPs in domestic pediatrics depended on medical and health care institutions of pediatrics. The mobile medical APPs domestic pediatrics were mainly used to make the appointment with doctors,improve the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment and the level of service. However,their functions of monitoring symptoms and following up of diseases were not brought into full play.Conclusion Although the number of present available mobile medical APPs is large in domestic pediatrics,their functions have not been brought into full play. Attention should thus be paid to the supervision of their contents and the healthy development of mobile medical care on Internet.
