摘　　要：针对某型汽车发动机怠速工况下润滑油压低的常见故障,本文采用鱼刺图对其故障进行分析,并通过一系列的实验对相关影响因子进行分析与研究,找到影响发动机润滑油压的因素,并将相关零件进行调研与维护,故障得以解决,研究与实践表明:采用鱼刺图对发动机润滑油压的研究具有较强的指导性,本文为类似的故障解决提供研究方法。Aiming at the common faults of lubricating oil under the idling condition of a certain type of automobile engine, this paper analyzes the faults with the fishbone diagram, analyzes and studies the relevant impact factors through a series of experiments to find the factors affecting the lubricating oil pressure of the engine, investigates and maintains the relevant parts, and solves the trouble. The research and practice show that the use of fishbone diagrams has a strong guiding role in the study of engine lubricating oil pressure. This paper provides research methods for similar fault resolution.
