摘  要:以袁大滩矿主斜井冻结法凿井施工为工程背景,研究冻结施工、凿井施工技术及安全措施。冻结施工采用分段冻结、异径管局部冻结工艺,利用多姆克公式计算冻结壁厚度,分析确定不同冻结段冻结壁的厚度。井筒掘砌施工采用掘进、浇筑外层井壁循环作业,循环段长为6 m,内层井壁与掘进、外层井壁施工前后平行作业。为防止施工过程中出现溃水、火灾等事故,在井壁接茬处埋设橡胶止水带,错开内、外层井壁混凝土接茬位置,合理布置切割冻结管设备。The freezing method construction of Yuandatan Mine main inclined shaft was taken as engineering background,the freezing construction,sinking construction technology and safety measures were studied.Freezing construction process was sectional freezing,different diameter frozen tube and local freezing.The thickness of frozen wall was calculated by the Domke formula,and the thickness of the frozen wall of different freezing section was determined.The recycling length was 6 m.The inner well wall was parallel constructed after the tunneling and outer well wall construction.To prevent broken water,fire and other accidents,measures that waterstops at well wall connections,avoiding inner and outer well wall connections together,laying reasonably the equipment of cutting frozen tube were taken.
