摘　　要：电网平稳运行是国民开展生活、生产活动的重要基础,而电力调度是电网平稳运行的重要保障。合理调度电力能够有效降低电力调度过程中的安全风险和事故发生率,从而保障电网运行。但实际过程中,由于多方面因素的影响,电力调度可能出现安全风险。因此,需要根据安全风险的特点,制定相应的防范措施,保障电力调动的平稳运行。The stable operation of power network is an important foundation for the citizens to carry out their living and production activities,while the power dispatch is an important foundation for the stable operation of power grid.The reasonable dispatch of power can effectively reduce the safety risk and accident rate in the power dispatch process,thus playing a supporting role for the power grid operation.However,in the actual process of power dispatch,safety risks may occur due to the influence of various factors,so we need to formulate corresponding preventive measures according to the characteristics of safety risks to ensure the stable operation of power mobilization.
