摘  要:针对新桥煤矿井下粉尘和噪声这2种职业病危害因素防治措施缺失的现状,提出将"1+5"管理模式用于职业病危害防治管理工作中。分析了1种管理理念和5种具体职业病危害防治措施在新桥煤矿的应用情况,从源头上对职业病危害进行预防和治理,取得了较好的防治效果,如综采工作面采用综合降尘技术措施后,综合降尘效率达到了93.7%;综掘工作面采用煤层注水结合高压外喷雾降尘技术后,综合降尘效率达到了96. 3%;采用自行研发的风动锚杆机消音器后,钻机噪声由原来的100多d B降低到现在的80 d B左右,噪声降低了27.3%。保障了矿井健康可持续发展。In view of the current situation of the absence of prevention and control measures of dust and noise,two occupational hazards in Xinqiao Coal Mine,the application of"1+5"management mode in occupational hazards prevention and management was proposed.The application of one management concept and five specific occupational hazards prevention and control measures in Xinqiao Coal Mine was analyzed in detail.The prevention and control of occupational hazards were carried out from the source,and good prevention and control results were achieved.For example,the comprehensive dust reduction efficiency reaches 93.7% after comprehensive dust reduction technical measures were adopted in fully-mechanized mining face and 93.7%in fully-mechanized excavation face.After the coal seam water injection combined with the high pressure external spray dust suppression technology,the comprehensive dust removal efficiency has reached 96.3%.After adopting the self-developed wind driven anchor machine silencer,the noise of the drill rig has decreased from more than 100 dB to 80 dB,and the noise has been reduced by 27.3%,thus ensuring the healthy and sustainable development of the mine.
