摘 要:为了分析锚杆支护参数对锚固复合承载体承载特性的影响规律,研究了锚杆直径、锚杆长度和锚杆间排距的影响。分析了围岩移近量和锚固复合承载体测点应力变化规律,得出:围岩移近量和锚固复合承载体测点应力变化规律主要分为3个阶段,然后对锚杆直径、锚杆长度和锚杆间排距对锚固复合承载体承载特性的影响进行了研究。研究得出,随着锚杆直径的增大,顶底板的移近增速逐渐减少;当锚杆长度达到一定数值后,增加锚杆长度,并不能对巷道围岩的加固起到有效的强化作用;锚杆支护密度越大,锚杆所受的残余应力和峰值应力越大、围岩抵抗变形能力越强、复合承载体的强度越大。研究为煤矿巷道支护的设计提功了理论基础。In order to analyze the influence of bolt support parameters on the bearing characteristics of anchor composite bearing,the influence of bolt diameter,bolt length and anchor spacing is studied.The variation law of surrounding rock and the stress variation of anchorage composite anchorage are analyzed,it is concluded that the variation of surrounding rock and the stress variation of anchorage composite anchorage are mainly divided into three stages,then the influence of bolt diameter,length and row spacing between bolts on the bearing characteristics of anchored composite bearing body is studied.It is found that as the diameter of the anchor increases,the moving speed of the top and bottom plates gradually decreases;when the length of bolt reaches a certain value,increasing the length of bolt can not effectively strengthen the surrounding rock of roadway;the greater the density of bolt support,the greater the residual stress and peak stress of bolt,the stronger the deformation resistance of surrounding rock,and the greater the strength of composite bearing body.The research has contributed to the theoretical basis for the design of coal mine roadway support.
