早期显微手术夹闭瘤颈治疗脑动脉瘤破裂出血的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:观察分析早期显微手术夹闭瘤颈治疗脑动脉瘤破裂出血的临床效果。方法:选择新疆巴州人民医院2017年1月至2018年5月收治的60例脑动脉瘤破裂出血患者作为研究对象,以手术方式不同分为对照组(n=30)与观察组(n=30)。对照组行早期介入治疗,观察组行早期显微手术夹闭瘤颈治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果:观察组经治疗后,其术后恢复良好率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对脑动脉瘤破裂出血患者行早期显微手术夹闭瘤颈治疗,能改善患者预后,促进其尽早康复,值得在临床中应用。Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of early microsurgical clipping of aneurysm neck in the treatment of ruptured cerebral aneurysm hemorrhage.Methods:Sixty patients with ruptured intracranial aneurysm who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the study subjects and were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)according to the surgical methods.The control group was treated with early interventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with early microsurgical clipping of the aneurysm neck.The treatment effect was observed.Results:After treatment,the recovery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early microsurgical clipping of aneurysm neck in patients with ruptured cerebral aneurysm hemorrhage can improve the prognosis of patients and promote their early recovery,which is worthy of clinical application.
