手术室预防医院感染的护理对策

摘　　要：目的:探讨手术室预防感染护理管理干预对降低患者术后感染发生率的效果。方法:选取内蒙古包头市肿瘤医院手术室收治的90例患者作为研究对象,并随机分为对照组(n=45)和观察组(n=45)。一组实施常规护理,另一组在此基础上实施干预措施。结果:实施手术室预防感染护理管理的观察组患者的卫生监督和消毒隔离卫生检测合格率及感染发生率均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对患者实施手术室预防感染护理管理能够促进患者术后病情恢复,避免出现不适症状,适合大力推广。Objective:To explore the effect of nursing management intervention on preventing infection in operating room to the incidence of postoperative infection.Methods:Ninety patients admitted to the operating room of our hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group(n=45)and observation group(n=45).Control group was given routine nursing care,and observation group was given interventions on the basis of routine nursing care.Results:The hygiene supervision and disinfection and isolation test results as well as the infection rate of the observation group patients in the operating room were significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of infection prevention nursing management in operating room can promote the postoperative recovery and avoid discomfort symptoms,which is suitable for vigorous promotion.
