摘 要:与东盟国家加强交流合作的"东盟旅游行政管理人才培训项目"自2012年举办以来,培训管理者在工作中较多关注了培训的组织与实施,缺乏对评估工作的重视。基于对两种常用培训评估法(四级评估法和CIRO评估法)适用性的分析,通过培训中的过程监控和培训后的成果评估,对培训进行全程质量监控,确保培训质量,优化培训设计,提高培训参与者的积极性。Since the ASEAN Tourism Administration Talent Training Project of exchanges and cooperation with ASEAN countries held in 2012,the training managers have paid more attention to the organization and implementation of training in their work and less attention to the evaluation work.Based on the analysis of the applicability of two commonly used training evaluation methods(four-level evaluation method and CIRO evaluation method)and through the process monitoring in the training and the evaluation of the results after training,the whole process quality monitoring is carried out to ensure the quality of training and optimize the training design to increase the enthusiasm of training participants.
