摘　　要：习近平关于人民代表大会制度的重要论述主要包括习近平对人民代表制度和人大工作的论述两个方面。党的十八大以来,习近平高度重视人民代表大会制度在国家治理中的作用,对人民代表大会制度的建立、完善和发展作出了全面而深刻的论述,系统地揭示了人民代表大会制度的先进性和在国家治理中的重要意义,提出了一系列认识、完善和发展人民代表大会制度的新理论,为人民代表大会制度的完善和发展开辟了新的境界。同时,习近平关于人民代表大会制度的重要论述增强了中国人民对人民代表大会制度的认识和自信,增强了世界各国对人民代表大会制度的了解,为人民代表大会制度的完善和发展奠定了坚实的群众基础,为世界其他国家政治制度的构建贡献了中国智慧和中国方案。Xi Jinping’s important exposition of the people’s congress system mainly includes the people’s representative system and the work of the national people’s congress.Since the 18 th national congress of the Communist Party of China,Xi Jinping has attached great importance to the system of the people’s congress and the role of the work of the people’s congress on the governance. He has made a comprehensive and profound exposition of the establishment,perfection and development of the system of the people’s congress,and systematically revealed the advanced nature of the people’s congress system and its important significance on the governance. He has put forward a series of new theories for recognizing,perfecting and developing the system of the people’s congress,and put forward a series of specific new instructions.Xi Jinping’s important exposition of people’s congress on the system provides new theoretical guidance for the improvement and development of the system of the national people’s congress. Xi Jinping profoundly revealed the advanced people’s congress system,enhanced people’s confidence about the people’s congress system,and contributed China’s wisdom and China’s program to the construction of the world political system. And also,his important expositions on the people’s congress system has enhanced the Chinese people’s understanding and confidence of the people’s congress system,enhanced the world’s understanding of the people’s congress system,laid a solid mass foundation for the improvement and development of the people’s congress system,and contributed China’s wisdom and China’s program to the construction of the political system of other countries in the world.
