摘　　要：上海自由贸易港的建设已被提上日程,其功能定位是以发展贸易为中心,实现金融、物流、商业等现代服务业的综合发展。鉴于此,上海自由贸易港可能实施的创新措施有:实现境内关外监管,实现贸易自由化,开展离岸金融业务,在管理和法律法规方面进行创新。Shanghai Free Trade Port,the construction of which has been put on the agenda,is to serve the majorfunction of developing trade in order to realize the comprehensive development of modern services involving finance,logistics and commerce. In view of this,the innovative measures that may be carried out at Shanghai Free Trade Portinclude implementing both domestic and foreign supervision,realizing trade liberalization,developing offshorefinancial businesses,and conducting innovation in the fields of laws and regulations as well as management.
