摘  要:改进了甲磺草胺的合成工艺,以2-(5-氨基-2,4-二氯苯基)-3-甲基-4-二氟甲基-2,4二氢-5甲基-3氢-1,2,4-三唑啉-3-酮为原料,通过实验考察催化剂种类、溶剂种类及原料配比对甲磺草胺合成的影响。结果表明,以四甲基氯化铵为催化剂、氯苯作溶剂,选择化合物Ⅰ与甲基磺酰氯以量比为1.0∶1.5进行脱氯化氢反应,一步法合成甲磺草胺,收率可达86.5%,粗品含量93.7%,提高了收率和含量,且工艺简单、易操作、消耗低,适合工业化生产。The synthesis process of sulfentrazone is improved by using 2-(5-amino-2,4-dichlorophenyl)-3-methyl-4-difluoromethyl-2,4-dihydro-5methyl-3hydro-1,2,4-triazoline-3-Ketone as the raw materials,and the effects of catalyst,solvent and raw material ratio on the synthesis of sulfentrazone are studied through the experiments too.The results show that when tetramethylammonium chloride used as catalyst,chlorobenzene used as solvent under the condition of dehydrochlorination reaction with the ratio of compound I to methylsulfonyl chloride 1.0 :1.5,the yield coefficient of one-step synthesis of sulfentrazone can be 86.5% and the percentage of crude product can be 93.7.This process improves the yield coefficient and percentage of crude product.Moreover,this process is simple,easy and with low consumption.Therefore,it can be used for the industrial production.
