摘 要:以Android嵌入式平台作为硬件平台、STM32F407作为运动控制芯片,开发一种五轴联动数控系统,可实现远程控制、自动加工、手动加工,加工中刀具转速可调、暂停、继续,以及沿原轨迹返回及支持G代码等功能。测试结果表明,该系统可有效实现五轴数控机床高效、高精度的联动加工,且达到预期精度0.005mm,具有应用可行性与工程价值,可为多轴联动数控机床的开发提供参考。A five-axis linkage CNC system with Android embedded hardware platform and STM32F407 as a motion control chip contributes to remote control, automatic machining, manual machining and possibility of adjusting, pausing and restarting as well as returning along the original track and supporting G code during machining. Test results show that five-axis linkage CNC system achieves highly efficient and accurate linkage machining with the system at an expected accuracy of 0.005 mm. The system has application feasibility and engineering value and provides a prototype for the development of multi-axis linkage CNC machine tools.
