摘　　要：为了创建一个更为适合门诊应用,同时又能解决病人无效往返问题的模式,首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院探索建立了以多学科协作诊疗模式为参考的专病专家门诊模式。通过对专病专家门诊模式运行情况的总结分析,指出了相关工作的不足以及完善建议。In order to create a more suitable model for outpatient application and to solve the invalid back and forth problem,Capital Medical University has explored the establishment of a specialist outpatient model based on MDT.Through the summary and analysis of the operation,the paper points out the deficiencies of the related works and the improvement suggestions.
