北京协和医院“组团式”援藏工作实践与思考

摘　　要：医疗对口支援是我国大型公立医院的一项重要工作,是公益属性的重要体现。随着医改和公立医院改革的不断深入,自2015年起开展的医疗人才"组团式"援藏工作开启了医疗对口支援的新模式。以北京协和医院"组团式"援藏工作为例,通过总结多年来对口支援工作经验,结合文献资料,分析对口支援工作中存在的问题,对"组团式"援藏工作未来运行模式进行探讨并提出相关建议。Specialized medical support is an important work in Chinese large-scale public hospitals to manifest their philanthropic characteristics.Along with the development of medical reformation,especially for public hospitals,"clustered supporting"of Tibet is initiated as a new mode of specialized medical support in 2015.The advantages and disadvantages of'clustered supporting of Tibet'according to the experiences of Peking Union Medical College Hospital are analyzed to give necessary suggestions to improve the career of specialized medical support in China.
