摘　　要：为推进分级诊疗和医联体建设,构建区域同质化医疗专科群,南方医科大学珠江医院在广东省率先创建新型医联体"珠江专科医疗联盟"。介绍了"珠江专科医疗联盟"的联盟理念,梳理其创新管理体制、运行机制和远程平台的三大举措,探讨了从医疗同质化、"专科到专科"协作、远程协作平台、内部运行管理机制4个方面对专科联盟创建工作。To carry out the policies for promoting hierarchical diagnosis and treatment and medical alliance construction,construct the homogeneous medical specialism alliance,ZhuJiang Hospital of Southern Medical University explored and created a new type of medical alliance,i.e."ZhuJiang medical discipline alliance".The paper introduced the alliance concepts of"ZhuJiang medical discipline alliance",combed its innovation,including management system,operation mechanism and remote platform,explored and thought the creation of medical specialism alliance form four aspects,which were medical homogenization,collaboration form department to department,remote collaboration platform and internal operation management mechanism.
