摘　　要：为了改善传统的房产信息查询方式,打破传统房产信息不够直观、不够权威及可信度低的局面,实现图文一体的查询方式,系统以地理信息公共服务平台为基础,通过聚合技术将调用的地图服务资源与房产专题信息进行聚合,以Silverlight和Java编程语言等相关技术为手段,实现了海量房产信息的便捷管理,为用户提供可视化和图形化的查询方式。In order to improve the traditional way of real estate information inquiry,break the situation that the traditional real estate information is not intuitive,authoritative and credible,and achieve the mode of integrating graphic and textual query,based on the geographic information public service platform,the system uses Mashup technology to aggregate the map world service resources and real estate information. The relevant technologies such as Silverlight and java programming languages are used as tools to achieve convenient management of massive real estate information and provide users with visual and graphical search methods.
