塑料软包装印刷行业VOCs产生特点及收集治理探究

摘　　要：从原辅材料的种类、成分,整个生产过程等方面分析了塑料软包装行业VOCs的来源和产生特点。指出各个VOCs产生环节废气收集情况和存在问题,并给出具体的提高收集效率的建议。根据风量、VOCs浓度、排放量等特点及处理要求,介绍环保部推荐的几种先进处理技术,并对技术指标和工艺特点进行比较分析。This paper analyzes the source and generating characteristics of VOCs in the plastic flexible packaging industry from the aspects of types and components of raw and auxiliary materials, and the whole production process. Point out the collection status and existing problems of exhaust gas in the each production link of VOCs, and give specific suggestions for improving collection efficiency. According to the characteristics of air volume, VOCs concentration, amount of emissions and processing requirements, several advanced treatment technologies recommended by the Ministry of Environmental Protection were introduced, and the technical indicators and process characteristics were compared and analyzed.
