摘　　要：目的观察负压封闭引流(VSD)在难愈性创面治疗中应用价值。方法 80例难愈性创面患者分别用常规治疗(对照组)或VSD治疗(观察组),比较两组的疗效、疼痛评分、满意度等。结果观察组的疗效、满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且疼痛评分、住院时间低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 VSD可提高难愈性创面疗效,缩短住院时间。Objective To investigate the application of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)in refractory wounds.Methods Eighty patients with refractory wounds were treated with conventional therapy(control group)or VSD(observation group).The curative effect,pain score,satisfaction degree,and so on were compared between two groups.Results The curative effect and satisfaction degree were higher(P<0.05),while pain score and hospital stay were lower(P<0.01)in observation group as compared to control group(P<0.05).Conclusion VSD can improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the hospital stay for refractory wounds.
