摘 要:为探索应用肌酸激酶评价柔道项目训练损伤及训练状态的规律,对国家女柔15名重点队员进行了综合实验研究。结果:(1)轻微隐性损伤、轻度损伤及中重度损伤间差异均十分显著,而且损伤程度与肌酸激酶平均值呈高度正相关(r=0.89);(2)执行相同训练内容时,中低水平运动员比高水平运动员的肌酸激酶平均值要高,负荷未完全适应条件下比负荷适应情况下执行相同训练内容时的肌酸激酶要高,差异均显著;(3)运动员总体机能与训练状态良好时,48h后肌酸激酶恢复比率高达95%以上,恢复一般时仅能恢复到80%~95%,恢复不良时仅能恢复到80%以下。结论:(1)肌酸激酶可作为肌肉损伤程度的敏感指标。(2)肌酸激酶可以间接而有效地评价运动员的训练水平及负荷适应情况。(3)应用肌酸激酶的恢复速率可以反向推测运动员的阶段恢复效果及训练状态。In order to further explore the creatine kinase’application value in the comprehensive evaluation on sports injury and fatigue recovery ect,we conducted experiment research to the 15 key players of.national women's judo team.Results:①Minor recessive damage,mild damage and moderate to severe damage’differences were very significant,and the damage degree and creatine kinase mean value was highly relevant(r=0.89).②For same training content,the low level athletes creatine kinase mean was higher than the high level athletes,in the not completely adapt load conditions creatine kinase was higher than in the good load adapt,the groups difference was significant.③In the good overall function and training condition of athletes,after 48 hours creatine kinase recovery ratio was as high as 95%above,the general restore could only return to 80~95%,the poor restore could only return to below 80%.Conclusion:①creatine kinase can be used as sensitive indicators of muscle damage degree.②creatine kinase can indirectly and effective evaluate the training level of the players and the load adapt situation.③Applying creatine kinase recovery rate can reverse speculate the athletes’stage recovery effect and training status.
