摘  要:本文搭建了微型自复叠制冷系统实验台,实验选用微型转子式压缩机,采用碳氢工质R600a/R1150混合制冷剂,在6/4的配比下实现低温制冷。研究结果表明:微型自动复叠系统在32℃的环境温度下,压缩机以3,800 r/min的转速在200 min的运行时间内,可以得到-65.5℃的低温环境。压缩机排气温度和系统压比均满足微型压缩机要求,可以稳定工作。微型自复叠制冷系统具有体积小、重量轻、易于携带的优点,可以灵活应用于电子器材冷却和生物医药等领域。In the present study, a micro auto-cascade refrigeration system test bench was built. A micro-rotor compressor was used, and the hydrocarbon refrigerant of R600a/R1150 at a ratio of 6/4 was adopted to achieve the cooling temperature. Results show that, with the ambient temperature at 32 ℃ and a micro compressor running at 3,800 r/min for 200 min, the micro auto-cascade refrigeration system can achieve the low-temperature environment with temperature of -65.5 ℃. The discharge temperature and the pressure ratio meet the requirements of micro compressor, and the compressor can work stably. The micro auto-cascade refrigeration system is compact, light and easy to carry. It can be flexibly applied in electronic equipment cooling, biomedicine and other fields.
