摘　　要：近年来,香港为建设成为亚太地区的争议解决中心而不懈努力。2010年,香港《仲裁条例》吸收《联合国国际贸易法委员会国际商事仲裁示范法》的规定,合并"本地仲裁"与"国际仲裁",仲裁体制从过去的"区分制"走向"单一制";此后,《仲裁条例》又顺应现实需求、经历数次修订。《仲裁条例》的不时修订反应出香港为实现预设目标敢破敢立的积极态度,对粤港仲裁合作具有不可忽视的影响。粤港仲裁合作的发展不能仅依赖于香港仲裁立法的单方面发展,也需内地相关立法支持。对于粤港仲裁合作而言,不妨整合目标、共谋发展,探索并建立合作的长效机制,推动合作的对等性与协调性,使合作向纵深方向发展。In recent years, Hong Kong has made continuous efforts to become a dispute settle-ment center in the Asia-Pacific region. In 2010, the Arbitration Regulations of Hong Kong incor-porated the provisions of the Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration formulated by the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRL) by combining 4tlocal arbitrationM with “international arbitration” and the arbitration system changed from “distinction system” to “single system”. Since then,the Arbitration Ordinance has been amended several times to meet the needs of reality. The frequent amendments to the Arbitration Ordinance from time to time reflect Hong Kong’s positive attitude of daring to achieve the pre-set objectives and have both positive and negative impacts on Guangdong-Hong Kong arbitration cooperation. The development of Guangdong-Hong Kong arbitration cooperation can not only depend on the unilateral development of Hong Kong arbitration legislation, but also need the support of relevant Mainland legislation. So far as Guangdong-Hong Kong arbitration cooperation is concerned,it is advisable to integrate the objectives, seek common development, explore and establish a long-term mechanism for cooperation, promote the reciprocity and coordination of cooperation, and make the cooperation develop in depth.
