摘  要:诱导性多潜能干细胞(i PS Cell)是一种经人工诱导重新编程后产生的多潜能分化干细胞。目前,i PS细胞已成功再分化为多种不同的成熟细胞,其中包括成骨细胞。因此,利用i PS细胞诱导成骨以治疗骨组织疾病成为一个可期待的选择。本文回顾了i PS细胞成骨分化的体内外研究成果;除此之外,讨论了细胞因子及微小RNA(miRNA)对iPS细胞成骨分化的作用;最后,综述了各类支架对于iPS细胞成骨作用的影响,并分析了相关优缺点,以期为进一步实验及研究提供参考。Induced pluripotent stem cell(iPS cell) is a kind of pluripotent differentiated stem cells which is induced by artificial reprogramming. At present, iPS cells have been successfully differentiated into many different mature cells,including osteogenic differentiation. And recent discoveries have showed that iPS cells have the potential to advance future bone regenerative therapies. This article provides an review of the findings on osteogenic characteristics in vitro and in vivo. In addition, this article discusses the role of cytokines and microRNA(miRNA) in the differentiation of iPS cells. Finally, this article summarizes the effects of various kinds of scaffolds on the osteogenesis of iPS cells, which might contribute to the development of future research and experiment.
