摘　　要：随着国家及地方政府加大对公立医院的改革力度,大型公立医院基于可持续性发展的需求,积极地探索医疗集团化发展,其中在以资产为纽带的紧密型医疗集团模式下,根据核心医院与各医疗机构的隶属关系,各医疗机构可分为院区和分院。本研究基于PEST理论和SWOT理论,构建一个PEST-SWOT分析矩阵,为公立医院管理者发展紧密型医疗集团提供参考借鉴。With the deepening of public hospital reform,large-scale public hospitals are exploring medical collectivization strategy actively based on the demand of sustainable development.In the pattern of tightly-organized medical group bonded by assets,medical institution could be area of core hospital or branch of core hospital according to its subordination relations with core hospital.Through a PEST-SWOT analytical matrix based on the theory of PEST and SWOT,this study provides some references for the public hospital administrators to develop tightly-organized medical group.
