摘　　要：本文主要概述了核桃楸的繁殖技术、生理学特性、生态学特性、化学成分、药理作用等研究现状。总结了核桃楸的遗传变异规律,找出了核桃楸在遗传改良中存在的问题,并提出明确育种目标,加强无性系选择,提高种子园管理水平,营建高世代种子园,加强快繁技术应用等育种策略。The research status of reproductive technology,physiological characteristics,ecological characteristics,chemical composition and pharmacological effects of Juglans mandshurica were summarized. The genetic variation of Juglans mandshurica was summarized. The problems of Juglans mandshurica in genetic improvement were found out. The measure of defining breeding goal,strengthening selection of clones,improving the management level of seed garden,building the high-generation seed garden,strengthening the application of rapid propagation technology were raised.
