农户土地流转行为影响因素实证分析——基于黑龙江宁安市的调查

摘　　要：选择宁安市农村土地流转中的农户行为选择为切入点,采用了实证分析与规范分析相结合的方法,讨论了宁安市农村土地流转现状,依据宁安市农村农户土地流转行为的问卷调查,构建Logistic模型实证分析影响农户土地流转行为的因素,根据模型估计和结果分析,得出相关结论:户主的年龄、文化程度、家庭人口数目、家庭收入情况、农业收入比重和家庭承包耕地面积等因素对农户土地流转行为影响显著,而户主从事职业、是否获得农业补贴、家庭成员中参加农村社会保障的人数和农户对土地流转中介了解程度等因素对其影响一般显著等,并提出了相应的对策建议。Behavior has chosen as point of penetration with peasant household in Ning An City rural area land circulation, has adopt demonstration to analyse the method combining with norm analysis appearance, current situation having discussed that Ning An City rural area land wanders about, the behavior questionnaire investigates whether according to Ning An City rural area peasant household land wanders about, structure analytical Logistic model demonstration effect peasant household land circulation behavior factor, conclusion estimating sum result analysis, reaching a relevance according to the model: But age, level of education, family population number, family income condition, agriculture income specific gravity and family of head of a household contract cultivated area waiting for a factor to check peasant household land circulation behavior effect notable, the head of a household is engaged in occupation, if factor couple of it’s effect sorts such as gaining agriculture allowance, joining rural area social security number and peasant household in a household member knowing degree to land circulation intermediary agent is notable suggests system and ensures to have waited for a countermeasure, and have brought forward.
