摘 要:以某6×2双前轴牵引车为例,结合"变形协调一致"和力矩平衡原理,建立非关联式悬架三轴牵引车数学模型,运用MATLAB编程数据分析,研究了不同轴距、悬架刚度、鞍座布置位置、各轴悬架高度差对于轴核的影响规律,为该车轴核的合理分配提供理论依据;进一步通过ADAMS虚拟样机验证了理论方程法计算轴核的精度,分析结果表明误差控制在7%以内。Taking a 6×2 double front axle tractor as an example, combined with the "deformation coordination" and torque balance principle, the mathematical model of the non-associative suspension tri-axles tractor is established. Using matlab programming data analysis, different wheelbases are studied. The influence of suspension stiffness, saddle placement position and the difference of suspension height of each axle on the axle core provides a theoretical basis for the rational distribution of the axle core. Furthermore, the accuracy of calculating axle load by the theoretical equation method is verified by ADAMS virtual prototype. The analysis results show that the error can be controlled within 7%.
