摘　　要：提高战略思维能力是加强党的执政能力建设的重要环节。对于高校而言,要充分发挥高校党校在干部教育培训工作的职能与作用,加强干部战略思维能力的培养,推进学校各项工作取得不断发展。Improving the ability of strategic thinking is an important link in strengthening the party’s governing capability. For colleges and universities, it is necessary to give full play to the functions and functions of party schools in colleges and universities in cadre education and training, strengthen the cultivation of cadres’ strategic thinking ability, and promote the continuous development of school work.
