棉短绒打浆性能分析及其用于纱管纸的研究

摘　　要：研究了打浆转数对棉短绒打浆度、湿重、成纸强度的影响以及不同预处理条件对棉短绒打浆性能的影响,还对棉短绒对纱管纸生产的影响进行了研究。研究结果表明:棉短绒浆料打浆转数应控制在3000～6000r、打浆度应达到70°S R左右才能减少纤维切断并满足纱管纸生产使用要求。在氢氧化钠用量为30kg/t、渗透剂用量为0.2kg/t的条件下将浓度为10%棉短绒浆于60℃下处理60m i n,可以明显改善棉短绒打浆性能。配用棉短绒浆料可以提高混合浆料的长纤维含量,从而改善浆料的保留和滤水效果及成纸强度。The effects of beating revolutions on beating degree,wet weight and paper strength of cotton linters and the influence of different pretreatment conditions on the beatability of cotton linters were studied.The effects of cotton linters on bobbin paper production were also studied in this paper.The results show that the beating revolution should be controlled at 3000-6000r,and beating degree should reach about 70°SR to reduce fiber cut and meet the requirements of bobbin paper production.At the sodium hydroxide dosage of 30kg/t and penetrant dosage of 0.2kg/t,the beating performance of cotton pulp can be significantly improved when 10%cotton linter pulp is treated at 60℃for 60 minutes.So adding cotton linter pulp into the bobbin paper can increase the long fiber content of the mixed pulp to improve the retention effect and drainage effect of pulp as well as paper strength.
