摘  要:主要分析研究铜版纸涂布损纸微生物的种类及含量,并模拟了温度、p H、时间和营养物质等因素对微生物滋生的实验。通过实验发现:在损纸浆中的主要危害性微生物为杆菌、丝状细菌、球菌、卵菌等几种菌类,并且通过调查研究发现,损纸浆中的微生物含量高达1×108CFU/ml,整个损纸系统的pH在7.2~8.10之间,温度在35~45℃之间,浆料循环时间大于4h,含有大量的淀粉、碳酸钙、植物纤维等营养物质,最有利于微生物的增殖与代谢,因此对于损纸的微生物控制需要将杀菌与抑菌相结合,控制微生物的增殖与代谢。实验结果表明:Nalco的D产品杀菌剂在7.5mg/l及12.5mg/l的用量下,能够有效杀菌和抑菌,可将损纸系统微生物含量控制在较低的水平,有利于损纸回用。This paper mainly analyzes the type and content of microorganism in coated paper broke system,and simulates the effect of temperature,pH,circulation time and nutrient on microbe development.It has found that in broke paper pulp,harmful microbes mainly refer to bacillus,filamentous bacteria,coccus,egg bacteria,and so on.The microbial content in broke pulp is as high as 1x108cfu/ml.The broke system,with pH between 7.2 to 8.10,temperature between 35~45℃ and pulp circulation time over four hours,contains large amount of nutrient such as starch,calcium carbonate and plant fiber,which is easiest to cause microbial proliferation and metabolism.Therefore,the combination of sterilization and bacteriostasis is required in the proliferation and metabolism control for microorganism.It’s proved that Nalco’s D series bactericide,in the dosage of 7.5 and 12.5mg/l,can do well in sterilization and bacteriostasis,and bring the microbe contents to a relatively low position,which plays a vital role in broke recycling.
