摘　　要：沅江纸业有限责任公司六造车间于2005年7月正式投产,该生产线采用3520m m长网多缸高速文化纸机,设计车速800m/m i n,年产8万t精制双胶纸。本文对纸机传动控制系统基本结构进行了简述、运行过程中出现的通讯故障原因进行了分析,并提出了解决方案,取得了较好的效果。Yuangjiang Paper’s No.6 production line was put into operation in July 2005.The production line adopts a 3520mm fourdrinier multi-cylinder high-speed fine paper machine,with design speed of 800m/min and annual production of 80,000 tons of premium offset paper.This paper described the basic structure of control system for paper machine’s driving system,analyzed the cause of communication failure,and put forward reliable solutions with good result obtained.
