前瞻性人格与创业意向的关系:失败恐惧感的中介作用

摘　　要：(1)目的探讨失败恐惧感、前瞻性人格对创业意向的影响,及失败恐惧感在前瞻性人格和创业意向中的中介作用。(2)方法采用前瞻性人格量表、创业意向调查问卷、失败恐惧感量表对361名大学生进行调查。(3)结果大学生群体中,高创业意向水平占17.73%,低创业意向水平占17.17%,中等创业意向水平占65.10%。前瞻性人格与创业意向之间呈显著正相关(r=0.260),失败恐惧感(r=-0.145)、羞愧和尴尬恐惧(r=-0.142)、社会价值降低恐惧(r=-0.126)、重要他人失望恐惧(r=-0.136)与创业意向均呈显著负相关。失败恐惧感在前瞻性人格和创业意向中起部分中介作用(5.58%)。(4)结论大学生创业意向水平普遍处于中等水平。前瞻性人格和失败恐惧感均能影响创业意向的水平,简单中介效应分析表明,失败恐惧感在前瞻性人格和创业意向中起部分中介作用。Objective To explore the impact of fear of failure,the influence of forward-looking personality on entrepreneurial intention,and the mediating role of fear failure in forward-looking personality and entrepreneurial intention.Methods In this study,361 college students were investigated using the prospective personality scale,entrepreneurial intention questionnaireand failure fear scale.Results Among the college students,higher level entrepreneurial intention accounted for 17.73%,low level accounted for 17.17%,medium level accounted for 65.10%.There was a significant positive correlation between proactive personality and entrepreneurial intention(r=0.260),a significant negative correlation between failure fear(r=-0.145),shame and fear(r=-0.142),fear of lower social value(r=-0.126),fear of disappointment by important others and entrepreneurial intention(r=-0.136).Fear of failure played a partial mediating role in prospective personality and entrepreneurial intention.The fear of failure plays a partial intermediary role in the forward-looking personality and entrepreneurial intention(5.58%).Conclusion The level of entrepreneurial intention of college students is generally at a medium level.Both forward-looking personality and fear of failure could affect the level of entrepreneurial intention.Simple mediation analysis shows that the fear of failure plays a part in mediating the forward-looking personality and entrepreneurial intention.
