摘　　要：目的脊椎退变椎间盘真空现象发生率较高,多发生于腰椎,探讨椎间盘真空现象CT表现及临床意义。方法回顾性分析105例椎间盘真空现象患者的临床资料,以T12～S1为研究对象,分析发生病变的椎间盘、椎体高度、椎间隙高度及相邻椎间盘膨出韧带钙化等。结果真空现象发生率最高的椎间盘为L5～S1,并伴有椎间隙变窄、椎体压缩等改变。结论椎间盘真空现象与椎间盘退变密切相关,椎间盘真空现象CT表现对椎间盘退变诊断有重要价值。Objective The incidence of spinal degeneration intervertebral disc vacuum is high,mostly in the lumbar vertebrae.The CT findings and clinical significance of intervertebral disc vacuum was investigated.Methods The clinical data of 105 patients with intervertebral disc vacuum were retrospectively analyzed,with T12-S1 as the research object,and the intervertebral disc,vertebral height,intervertebral space height and calcification of adjacent intervertebral disc ligament were analyzed.Results It was confirmed that the intervertebral disc with the highest incidence of vacuum phenomenon was L5-S1,and with changes in the narrowing of the intervertebral space,compression of the vertebral body.ConclusionVacuum phenomenon of intervertebral disc is closely related to intervertebral disc degeneration.CT manifestation of vacuum phenomenon of intervertebral disc is of great value in the diagnosis of intervertebral disc degeneration.
