摘 要:研究了双(43)型耦合双量子阱结构中的交叉耦合纵波光学声子弛豫对线性光学吸收的影响和空间光孤子对的形成。结果表明,线性范围内电磁感应透明的实现依赖于相干调控控制光场的拉比能量和交叉耦合纵波光学声子弛豫。非线性条件下发现由于控制光和耦合光诱导的电磁感应透明效应,介质对探测光和信号光的吸收能被很好地抑制,并能通过弱光激发产生显著非线性效应与体系的衍射效应相平衡,从而实现弱光空间光孤子对。In this paper,we study the effect of cross-coupling longitudinal relaxation optical phonon on the linear optical absorption and the formation of spatial optical soliton pair in doubleΛ-type couple quantum wells structure.It is shown that,in the liner range,the realization of electromagnetically induced transparency(EIT)depends on the Rabbi frequency of the coherent control field and the cross-coupling relaxation of longitudinal-optical phonons.Under the condition of nonlinear case,we find that the absorption of probe and signal field can be suppressed well because of the EIT effect induced by control field and couple field.Furthermore,the diffraction effect of the probe field and signal field can be balanced by the significant nonlinear effect being induced by control field in the case of weak light excitation,so the weak optical soliton pair can be realized.
