摘 要:硅橡胶的凝胶速率往往决定着硅胶产品的生产效率,因此我们特别针对硅橡胶双组分的配比及环境温度对凝胶速率的影响进行了定量化地研究。结果表明,A:B=1:1时凝胶速度最快;环境温度的升高可提高凝胶的速率。我们发现,钠基蒙脱土的加入能够加快硅橡胶的凝胶速率,而且有机蒙脱土具有较好生物相容性,因此,加入钠基蒙脱土的硅橡胶将在3D打印生物医用材料中将得到广泛地应用。It is well known that silicone rubber has good biocompatibility and is widely used in the field of biomedical engineering.However,the gel-forming rate is not satisfactory,which determines the production efficiency of the silicone products.Hence,we investigated the effect of the ratio among silicone rubber bicomponents and the environmental temperature on the gel-forming rate.Results showed that the gel-forming rate increased with the rising temperature and would reach the peak value when the ratio was equal to 1.0.With further research,it was found that the incorporation of sodium montmorillonite could also accelerate the gel-forming rate,which also had good biocompatibility.Therefore,medical grade silicone rubber with additive sodium montmorillonite may be widely used as 3D printable biomedical materials in the future.
