摘 要:为了解叶面喷施外源激素对油棕雌花、雄花数量的影响,对品种‘RY4’和‘RY6’进行了叶面喷施外源激素的田间试验,每隔15 d喷施1次1000 ppm外源激素,连续12个月,翌年调查单株全年雌雄花数量,并进行SPSS方差分析。结果表明,喷施细胞分裂素、2-氯乙基膦酸可促进雌、雄花形成,相比对照,单株雌花数量分别提高41.38%和36.21%,雄花数量分别提高148.28%和58.62%;赤霉酸抑制雌花形成,促进雄花形成,单株雌花数量相比对照减少65.52%,雄花数量提高86.21%。叶面喷施细胞分裂素、2-氯乙基膦酸,可以增加雌花数量,为提高油棕产量打下良好的物质基础。In order to study how the exogenous hormones will effect the numbers of flower, the method of foliar spraying 1000 ppm exogenous hormones to the species ’RY4’ and ’RY6’ every 15 days lasting for 12 months was taken. And then the male and female flowers of the one tree was investigated all the year round. The results with SPSS analysis showed that cytokinins, 2-chlorineylphosphonic acid could both promote female and male flowers formation, with female flowers increased by 41.38% and 36.21%, male flowers increased by 148.28% and 86.21%; gibberellic acid could inhibit female flowers forming while increase male flowers, with female flowers were 65.52% less compared to the CK, male flowers increased by 86.21%. In short, foliar spraying of cytokinins and 2-chloroylphosphonic acid can increase the number of female flowers, and the results lay a foundation for improving the yield of oil palm.
