摘　　要：国家重点生态功能区是中华人民共和国对于优化国土资源空间格局、坚定不移地实施主体功能区制度、推进生态文明制度建设所提划定的重点区域。利用卫星遥感技术开展国家重点生态功能区生态环境遥感监测研究对生态环境保护与生态修复具有重要意义。本文以河南省丹江口水库水源涵养国家重点生态功能区为例开展了生态环境遥感监测研究,监测结果表明:2011年至2016年5年期间,丹江口水库水源涵养国家重点生态功能区林地和草地分别减少约2266公顷和1523公顷、湿地和水域面积分别增加约329公顷和729公顷,自然生态环境要素面积总体呈现缓慢下降态势,应加强林地、草地和耕地生态环境保护,开展淅川中西部、西峡南部和内乡中部等重点区域生态修复。The national key ecological functional zones are the key areas designated by the People’s Republic of China for optimizing the spatial pattern of land and resources,which steadfastly implementing the system of main functional zones and promoting the construction of ecological civilization system.It is great significance to ecological environment protection and ecological restoration to using satellite remote sensing technology which to carry out remote sensing monitoring of ecological environment in key national ecological functional areas.This paper taking Danjiangkou Reservoir Water Conservation National Key Ecological Function Area in Henan Province as an example,that remote sensing monitoring of ecological environment was carried out,monitoring results show that:Between 2011 and 2015,the forestland and grassland in the Danjiangkou Reservoir Water Conservation National Key Ecological Function Zone decreased by 2266 hectares and 1523 hectares respectively,and the wetland and water area increased by 329 hectares and 729 hectares respectively.In general,the area of natural eco-environmental factors showed a slow decline trend.We should strengthen the protection of forest land,grassland and cultivated land ecological environment,and carry out ecological restoration in the central and western parts of Xichuan,southern Xixia and central part of the countryside.
