摘　　要：结合场地环境调查实际工作经验,提出土壤污染风险管控标准"一刀切"、检测因子筛选因子"一刀切"、场地环境调查程序不够完善、采样质量缺乏监控等一系列问题,提出因地制宜制定地方土壤污染风险管控标准及不同质地的土壤背景值水平、根据调查目的筛选土壤调查因子、在场地环境初步调查阶段进行人体健康风险评估、加强土壤采样单位技术力量的评估及认定等对策,以期完善场地调查技术规范及方法标准。Based on the actual work experience of site environmental investigation,this paper puts forward a series of problems such as“one size fits all”for soil pollution risk management and control standards,“one size fits all”screening factor,inadequate site sampling investigation,and lack of monitoring quality.Risk management standards and soil background value levels of different textures,screening of soil survey factors according to the purpose of the survey,human health risk assessment in the preliminary investigation of site environment,strengthening of the assessment and identification of technical strength of soil sampling units,etc.,with a view to improving site survey techniques Specifications and method standards.
