摘 要:为了对雷达吸波隐身吸波材料反射率测试系统进行整体校准,研制了厘米波段吸波材料反射率标准物质。采用磁损型和电损型复合吸收剂配方和单层涂层结构制备了吸波涂层,并用远场RCS法测试了涂层的反射率。结果表明,制备的反射率标准物质反射率标称值分别为–5,–10,–15 dB,扩展不确定度小于1 dB(k=2),稳定性良好。该标准物质具有量值稳定、吸波性能响应平坦等特点,可以用于雷达吸波材料反射率测试系统的校准。In order to calibrate the reflectivity test system of radar absorbing materials,the reflectivity standard material of centimeter band was developed.The absorbing coating was prepared by composite absorbent with the formula of magnetic loss type and electric loss type and single layer coating.The coating reflectivity was measured by RCS method.The results showed that the nominal value of reflectivity standard materials was–5,–10,–15 dB,the extended uncertainities were less than 1dB(k=2).The standard materials have characteristics of high stability and flat reflevtivity–frequency response.It can be used to calibrate special equipments for reflectivity measurement of radar absorbing materials.
