摘　　要：建立了Excel及其数据分析功能评定标准物质均匀性标准差的方法。利用Excel所提供的数据分析功能,即单因素方差分析,计算获得标准物质均匀性测量数据的标准差等统计量。统计结果与按照JJF 1343–2012规定的统计量相同。该方法简便、快速,数据处理效率提高,简化了标准物质均匀性标准差的评定过程。Excel and its data analysis function were established to evaluate standard deviation of standard substance homogeneity.By using the data analysis function provided by Excel,I.E.,single factor variance analysis,the standard deviation of homogeneity measurement data of reference material was obtained.The statistical results were the same as those stipulated by JJF 1343–2012.The method is simple and fast,and the data processing efficiency is improved,which simplifies the evaluation process of standard deviation of reference material uniformity.
