摘 要:中压电力电缆损坏的大部分原因是绝缘层击穿。击穿是绝缘材料的基本电性能之一,它决定了绝缘材料在电场作用下保持绝缘性能的极限能力。介电强度是材料的特性参数之一,反映了绝缘材料耐受电场作用能力的最大限度,可以选择介电强度作为评价交联聚乙烯(XLPE)绝缘料电气可靠性的试验参数。采用三参数Weibull分布函数对6个YJ-10绝缘料的介电强度进行统计分析,并用相关参数表征其分散性。以此来阐述不同绝缘料的电气可靠性存在较大差异,评估和鉴别绝缘材料的优劣;并给出了一种快速检测YJ-10绝缘料电气可靠性的方法和程序。Most of the damage to medium voltage power cables is due to insulation breakdown.Breakdown is one of the basic electrical properties of insulation material,which determines the ultimate ability of insulating material to maintain insulation performance under the action of electric field.Dielectric strength is one of the characteristic parameters of materials,which reflects the maximum ability of insulation materials to withstand electric field.The dielectric strength can be chosen as an experimental parameter to evaluate the electrical reliability of XLPE insulation.In this paper,the author uses the three parameter Weibull distribution function to analyze the dielectric strength of 6 YJ-10 insulation materials,and characterize its dispersion by the related parameters.In this way,the electrical reliability of different insulating materials is quite different.The advantages and disadvantages of insulation materials are evaluated and identified.A method and program for quickly detecting the electrical reliability of YJ-10 insulation materials are also presented.
