摘  要:聚丙烯(PP)薄膜具有优良的热收缩性、电绝缘性与抗挠曲性,为使其具备抗静电性能,常用的处理方法有导电材料填充、表面改性、复合和涂布等。在林区作业环境条件下,有时会需要塑料膜具有短暂抗静电性能,针对此要求,本论文将抗静电剂喷涂于聚丙烯薄膜表面,测试不同涂布浓度、厚度抗静电剂后聚丙烯薄膜的表面电阻率和摩擦系数,确定50%和150μm是涂布的最佳浓度、厚度,得出现场涂布抗静电剂的确可以在短期内提供塑料膜抗静电性能,是一种经济快速的方法,能很好满足林区作业环境的要求。Polypropylene(PP) films has excellent thermal shrinkage,electrical insulation and flexural resistance.In order to make it have antistatic performance,polypropylene can be treated by means of filling conducting materials,surface modification,lamination and coating.Transient antistatic performance of plastic films is often requested under forest operation conditions.For this requirement,in this paper an antistatic agent was sprayed on the surface of polypropylene film,friction coefficient and surface resistivity of PP films was determined under different coating concentration and thickness.The results showed that 50% and 150 μm were the best concentration and the optimum thickness.And the paper had drawn the conclusion that spraying antistatic agent on the films surface was a rapid and economical technique provide transient antistatic performance,which could satisfied the need of forest operation conditions.
