地榆升白片辅助治疗化疗药物所致白细胞减少症的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨地榆升白片在重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子(rhG-CSF)治疗化疗后白细胞减少症中的辅助效果。方法:选取需进行化疗治疗的肿瘤患者42例。随机分为观察组和对照组,每组21例,观察组在首次化疗后开始口服地榆升白片,两组出现重度骨髓抑制时,皮下注射rhG-CSF,定期检测分析两组患者白细胞变化情况。结果:两组患者在首次化疗后外周血白细胞不断减少,在化疗后第14d和21d时,观察组患者白细胞水平显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。且观察组rhG-CSF用量和使用次数均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:地榆升白片在辅助rhG-CSF治疗化疗药物所致的白细胞减少中效果明显,值得推广应用。Objective:To investigate the auxiliary effect of reclaimed granulocyte colony stimulating factor(rhG-CSF)in the treatment of leukocytopenia with Diyushengbai tablet.Methods:Forty-two cases of tumor patients that need chemotherapy were selected and randomly divided into the routine group and the observation group.The patients of observation group took the Diyushengbai tablet after the first chemotherapy,and all the patients were subcutaneous injected with rhG-CSF when appeared severe bone marrow suppression,and regularly detected the changes of leukocyte in the two groups.Results:The peripheral blood leukocyte decreased continuously after the first chemotherapy in two groups,and the level of leukocyte in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05)at the time of 14d and 21d after chemotherapy.The dosage and frequency of rhG-CSF used in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:The effect of adjuvant therapy of Diyushengbai tablet in leukocytosis caused by chemotherapeutic drugs with rhG-CSF is effective and worthy of popularization and application.
