摘  要:目的:建立盐酸副玫瑰苯胺法测定中药材中二氧化硫残留量的检测方法。方法:采用标准曲线和加样回收的方法,建立紫外分光光度法测定中药材中二氧化硫残留量的检测方法。结果:中药材中二氧化硫含量在8.35~104.37μg/g范围内与吸光度呈良好线性关系,R2=0.9978,平均回收率为79.64%,检出限为2.79mg/kg,定量限为8.47 mg/kg。结论:本方法适用于中药材中二氧化硫残留量的检测。Objective:To establish the determination method of sulfur dioxide in traditional Chinese medicinal materials.Methods:With linear relativity and recovery test,the method for determination of sulfur dioxide residues in Chinese medicinal materials was established by using the UV spectrophotometry.Result:In the range of 8.35~104.37μg/g,there was a linear relationship with absorbance,R2=0.9978,and average recovery rate was 79.64%,the detection limit was 2.79 mg/kg,and the quantitative limit was 8.47 mg/kg.Conclusion:The method is suitable for determination of sulfur dioxide residues in traditional Chinese medicinal materials.
